The ANSI Y Strainer filter is of medium is an indispensable channel series device, usually installed on the import side of a pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, water valve or other device, which can eliminate some impurities in the pipeline medium in order to protect the successfully working of the valves and equipment during the whole pipeline. The filter is with an advanced structure so that the resistance is smaller and the sewage is much more convenient. It is suitable for different kinds of medium like water, oil and gas.

The Y strainer filter is very easier to maintenance, firstly to detach the removable screen, then clean the impurities inside of the screen, the last step to put the screen back to the strainer filter to re-start the working.
