The casting trunnion mounted ball valves are the trunnion mounted ball valves that with the casting mold process to make the cast steel material body & bonnet. Usually, we will 2 or 3 times blasting treatment on the surface of the casting valves’ body to ensure the surface smoothly and nice.

Casting trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed with Double block and bleed or double piston type which is equipped with sealant injection system for both stem and seats to body cavity, so that it can drain from both upstream and downstream ends, to prevent seat or stem leakage.
