LYV® Low temperature gate valve Structure and characteristics:
Cryogenic Gate Valve comply with API602, MSS-SP-118 and BS6364. Inspection and testing according to API598, marking according to MSS-SP-25.
LYV® Cryogenic Gate Valve Feature And Application
1. Shell strength test at room temperature;
2. Upper sealing test at room temperature and low pressure;
3. Low pressure seal test at normal temperature;
4. Low temperature upper seal airtight test (with upper seal);
5. Low temperature gas seal test, etc., to ensure that the whole low temperature valve meets the standard provisions;
6. The main parts are treated at low temperature and each batch is sampled for low temperature impact test to ensure that the valve is not brittle and can withstand the impact of low temperature medium at low temperature conditions;
7. Low temperature (deep cooling) valves are processed and tested in low temperature according to the corresponding material specifications
8. The electrostatic function is strengthened, and the on-off resistance between the valve body and the stem or the internals and the valve body is less than 1 ohms.
